ReplyDeletegot any pics from your hols? I'm so glad you had nice weather and SO super impressed that you got out running, that's awesome! I didn't run *once* when I was in France the second time but I was doing a lot of other stuff... still, 45 mins over a tough terrain is muchos muchos impressive!
we can't all feel fabulously motivated *all* the time don't don't worry about having a meh day :-D

ReplyDeleteA week wasn't long enough to really get into things; hubby wanted to go waterskiing but we never got around to it. And yep, I'm finaly learning that it's OK not to be motivated all day every day and it's OK for weight to vary up a bit sometimes and it's OK to take a day off training if my body is saying "er, actually today isn't great for us thanks". Who'd've thunk it!
Aiming for my first proper 5K race tomorrow morning, so fingers croassed for that. It's been a rubbish week for exercise this week so I'm not expecting a blistering time, I just want to get 'round the course and enjoy it this time :o)
