S - Starbucks Skinny Latte
L - salad; lettuce, celery, cherry tomatoes, capers, Food Doctor Salad Herb Boost, chicken breast
S - Nutberry's yogurt coated banana chips
S - carrot and Waitrose houmous
S - MP beef jerky
D -2 egg omlette with bacon, gruyere, onion and mushrooms
S - a teaspoon of peanut butter
Exercise - rest
