- 40ml Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 15ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Can/240g Chick Peas, in Water, Canned, Drained
- ½ Tsp salt
- 15ml Grapeseed Oil
- 180g Kidney Beans, In Water (drained Weight)
- ¼ Tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

S - 1 scoop MP Max in skimmed milk
D - couscous, chicken, chorizo, sweet pepper, tomato and lettuce with Sainsburys vinaigrette dressing
